  1. Day 1 - Santiago di Compostela

    Flights to and from Italy not included: rates on request
    Arrival in Santiago de Compostela / Accommodation at the Parador Santiago de Compostela (or similar) / Dinner and overnight stay

  2. Day 2 Santiago di Compostela

    A day trip to the Galician land where the Atlantic Ocean touches Europe / A boat trip takes you to the Cíes Islands, the jewel of the Islas Atlánticas National Park / Visit the historic fishing village of Combarro, whose center is a characteristic example of the region’s traditional architecture / Overnight stay in a hotel / Breakfast, lunch, and dinner

  3. Giorno 3 Santiago di Compostela - Al Andalus

    Morning visit to the historic city of Santiago de Compostela, the final stop on the famous ”camino”, which welcomes around 10,000 pilgrims each year. In the late afternoon, board the Al Andalus train. Settle into your private cabin and begin the journey south. Overnight on board. Breakfast, lunch and a typical Galician dinner.

  4. Day 4 Al Andalus: Ourense

    In the morning the train stops in Ourense, the ”city of gold” for the ancient Romans, which stands on the banks of the Rio Miño / continuing south you reach Ribeira Sacra, a wine region near the Portuguese border: here you take a river cruise in the spectacular Sil Canyon, with gorges up to 500 meters deep / overnight on board / breakfast, lunch and dinner

  5. Day 5 Al Andalus: León e Ávila

    Al Andalus arrives in León, with its imposing 13th-century Gothic cathedral / then the train continues to Ávila, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, its immense walls dating back to the 11th century and are part of one of the best-preserved medieval fortifications in the world / at a height of 1,128 meters, you have a spectacular view of everything that makes Castile unique: manor houses, small winding streets, grand churches and, of course, the 88 towers / overnight on board / breakfast, lunch and dinner

  6. Day 6 Al Andalus: Toledo

    We arrive in Toledo, known as the ”City of the Three Cultures”, since Christians, Moors and Jews left important traces / today, among the monastery of San Juan de los Reyes, the synagogues and the palaces there is a romantic atmosphere / in the afternoon free time before leaving for Aranjuez, one of the summer residences of the royal family since the 16th century / possibility of an evening stroll through the city / overnight on board / breakfast, lunch and dinner

  7. Day 7 Al Andalus: Cordoba

    Al Andalus reaches Córdoba, where Moorish Spain had its intellectual, cultural and economic peak / in the 10th century, half a million people, Christians, Jews and Muslims lived here peacefully / guided tour of the historic center with the architectural complex of the Great Mosque and the narrow streets of the Jewish quarter / overnight on board / breakfast, lunch and dinner

  8. Day 8 Al Andalus - Siviglia

    In the morning we arrive in Seville, a city that has been the scene of unforgettable characters such as Don Juan, the ”famous” Barber, Count Almaviva and Carmen / visit to the cathedral, one of the largest Gothic churches in the world, the Giralda bell tower, the Great Mosque, and the Alcázar, both splendid examples of Andalusian architecture / accommodation at the Colon Gran Melía hotel (or similar) / breakfast, lunch and Andalusian farewell dinner in a historic restaurant

  9. Day 9 Siviglia

    Excursion to a traditional hacienda designed by the renowned architect Aníbal González, who also designed the Plaza de España in Seville. This experience will reveal the secrets of Andalusian excellence, from breeding Pura Raza Española horses to producing olive oil. Lunch. Return to the city and free time. Dinner with breakfast at the hotel.

  10. Day 10 Siviglia -

The sumptuous Al Andalus train features four lounges, two carriages with “Gran Clase” suites, and five with “Deluxe” suites, as well as carriages for technical and service equipment and a crew car.

Gran Clase: This is a cozy cabin with a private bathroom, preserving the charm of the original structure.

Deluxe: Elegant and spacious suites with a bedroom and private bathroom. The Superior Suite combines 21st-century comfort with the original style of this historic train.
