Starting in April 2025, the beauties of Italy will be seen from a new perspective: the itineraries aboard the brand-new, luxurious “Orient Express La Dolce Vita,” which will wind from north to south through the country’s regions, will present a new kind of “slow travel.”
On the program: breathtaking views, exclusive cultural and food and wine experiences, all tailor-made for an unprecedented adventure, combining the charm of a train cruise with tailor-made moments.

    A journey along the Tyrrhenian coast with a stop in Maratea, nicknamed ”the city of 44 churches,” which will captivate you with its sea and fabulous beaches. Followed by a visit to Messina, the Gateway to Sicily. – 3 days, 2 nights

    7. Palermo, Agrigento & Taormina: Sicily Through Its Legends
    From the palaces of Palermo to the treasures of the Valley of the Temples, the Sicilian adventure culminates on Mount Etna. – 2 days, 1 night.

Cabins

Aboard the Orient Express La Dolce Vita, guests can choose from two cabin types: the 12 Deluxe Cabins (7 sq m) or the Suite (11 sq m), both with a queen-size bed, private bathroom, and signature details. In addition to traditional room service, all carriages offer the highest standard of luxury and a range of dedicated services.
The 12 Deluxe Cabins, true oases of tranquility, offer a refined atmosphere with carpeted floors and wooden ceilings, creating the ideal setting for a journey of pure wonder. The private bathroom adds an extra touch of maximum comfort. As evening falls, the “Great Transformation” takes place: the modular space transforms in surprising ways to ensure a restful sleep. The sofa converts into a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), while the ottomans become elegant coffee tables and stools.
The 18 Suites offer a welcoming bedroom equipped with a sofa, table, two armchairs, and a private bathroom. Vibrant shades of orange, terracotta, and purple combine with brass finishes. Smoked mirrors, burnt sienna lacquered ceilings, sumptuous carpets and curtains, along with lamps designed by celebrated 20th-century designers, lend the space a timeless elegance and charm.
